Return Eligibility
  • Food, beverages, and consumables cannot be returned or exchanged for safety and hygiene reasons.

  • Non-consumable items (such as lifestyle products, beauty care items) may be eligible for return if damaged, defective, or incorrect, and within the time frame below.

  • How to Request a Return

    If your order meets the criteria for a return:

  • Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

  • Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

  • Refunds

    If your order meets the criteria for a return:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your request.

  • Refunds will be returned via the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • We will ship the replacement item at no extra cost once the return is approved.
