In 2000, the founder returned to his hometown to reinvent the traditional ox-tongue biscuit. After many trials, he created an ultra-thin version—just 0.1 cm—that perfectly preserves its signature crispiness.
This unique biscuit quickly gained popularity, growing from a small bakery into the renowned Yilan Biscuit Company. To preserve its authentic hometown heritage, the founder’s daughter left her career as a flight attendant to return home and continue the family legacy.
