The jam boy in the small mountain village of Liuying, Tainan, has always been obsessed with the taste of jam because of the mulberry jam cooked by his grandmother in his childhood. The boy thought that by making jam, he could give new life and new forms to local fruits, and enhance the value of fruits, so he embarked on the journey of becoming a jam craftsman.
Jam Boy hopes to use jam as a bridge to promote Taiwan's good fruits, and to create a jam brand that supports Taiwan's local fruits - Tian Yu Xuan. He hopes that one day he can bring the taste of Taiwan's land to everyone who eats the jam, so he began to embark on a journey to work and exchange accommodation on farms in various towns in Taiwan, looking for the taste of childhood memories on farms across Taiwan, and making jars of handmade jams that are as precious as jade, hoping to share childhood memories and the abundance of his hometown with everyone through jam.
