Order And Payment
How long is the shipping period?
All our orders are delivered by our partnering courier team (J&T Express Logistics). We do provide tracking numbers upon request. You can also check back with us for status of shipping. The standard shipping is 1-3 working days after our courier team pick up the items from our storehouse.
Door delivery or self-collect?
Our partnering courier team will ship orders to your door. Delivery only within Singapore. If you prefer to do self-collection, please leave us a remark upon check out. We will contact you the pick-up time slot for your order(s) at our storehouse.
Can I exchange or refund my purchase?
All our products are well packed in ready to ship boxes. We apologize that we are unable to provide exchanges or refunds for purchases after an order has been placed. Do contact our customer service if you receive a faulty item(s). We will try our best to rectify the problem. Do also take photos of faulty item, order number and description of defect detail as prove for our team to assess.
What are the available payment options?
We accept the following methods of payment:
- Credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Goggle Pay.
- Cash: only available for self-pick up after arrangement with our customer service personnel.
Processing and delivery will commence upon confirmation of payment.
Do you keep my payment details?
We do not store any customer payment details related to your purchases.
What if the product(s) I’m interested in are not available?
You may add products to your Wishlist if they are currently out of stock. A notification will be sent to your mailbox when the item(s) are back in stock.
